It is not easy to get a work visa.  It is a long and expensive process for an employer, and is done through lawyers.

 

You will need to have a degree and an in-demand skill set that can't easily be fulfilled by US citizens or legal permanent residents.

No.

 

You have to go back home.

 

If a US employer wants to hire a foreign worker, the employer has to go through a process and get a work visa for the foreign employee.  This is not easy or quick.
