Receipt a letter of I-601 waiver approved, for k1 visA ,what’s should I do, how long it take to us embassy send the package.

I beend aprroved last week wit 601 and 212 . Waiting for consulate to send me packacge.

@Gel12 under what ineligibility you have been denied? How long did it take to get the approval?

that matter, she was refused under Section 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and for her to
qualify for the current visa application,
  waive the previous refusal hit by applying for a waiver of
she needs to
  her ineligibility with USCIS

Congratulations! Can  I know more about your waivers ?  How long did the process take?  Did you it alone or with a lawyer?  in which office was it processed?

I did it alone, it took 6 months, you must have  good evidence to prove hardship, it’s a lot to do, you don’t need a lawyer,

@Gel12 I advise you to call the Consulate.

I called an agent said disregard the status cause they have pending inquiry for my case since august they also received the waiver approval 

 

not sure if I can trust those ppl
