Check the chart in the link. If she has a vaccine record with proof of the required shots then no. Varicella (Chicken pox) is waived as the UK doesn't vaccinate for it. I have no records I can bring with so I will have to get TDaP and MMR shots/boosters.

A question for anyone in the know. I hopefully should be getting my interview in the coming months (stuck at DQ) so i went to get my Tetanus and MMR jabs recently as i knew i needed them. I asked the practice if they could give me a copy of my vaccination records and they said they don't offer a record as such, it would just be a print out from the computer showing the vaccinations. Would that suffice if i brought that to the medical or do they require it to be proven in a certain way?

Adults need 4 vaccinations for immigration (IR1/CR1)
Two will be waived for your spouse—- varicella for “not readily available” and Influenza for “not flu season” which doesn’t start until October. 
 

That leaves her needing documentation for

Tdap- Tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis

MMR- Mumps/measles/rubella
