Unable to add more evidence on USCIS website

I'm trying to upload more evidence to our case on USCIS's website but it always errors out. How can I send them more supporting evidence?

Side note: I filed for our case through mail. Don't know if that makes any difference.

How big is the file you are trying to upload? Consider splitting it into two smaller files and uploading like that.

It's 200KB. 🤔

For the rest who in the same boat as me about the unsolicited evidence. This is the response I got from USCIS:

In short, there is no after filing function for adding to your file offline.  Your file can only be added to by mail, and only if you receive an RFE.
