Change of address? Form I-865? HELP

By "in force", it means I864 has to be enforceable by the uscis or the government. I864 contract is based on the intending immigrant becoming the LPR. If the intending immigrant never becomes the LPR based on signed i864, that i864 is not in force. I wish you get approved soon but just just to explain what "in force" is-  If your i485 is denied, the i864 is meaningless. If you claim supports from the government, the government cannot come after your wife for reimbursement. 
 

By submitting i865, your wife will be claiming you are an immigrant when you are not at present.
