are they for real 2,900 for lifting condition

I just found this on the USCIS website:

I 751

Remove conditions on your Permanent Resident status

$ 545 (filing + biometric) for you + $80 biometric fee for each dependent you include in your application

Here's a list of all the fee increses LINK

The first form number on the second attachment (first post) says "I-829 Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident status (investor) $2,930 (filing + biometric) for you + $80 biometric fee for each dependant you include in your application"

So, I guess that's where the OP got his/her figure from.

...UNTIL July 30,2007. Otherwise, the fees will change effective that date as Jashley820 quoted -- $545.

I paid $935 for my current immigration applications. Come the end of the month, the same applications will cost $2010.

That is absolutely absurd.

It would not of cost you $2010.

You have to read the print.

I added together the 1010 for "all other cases, plus biometrics" plus the AP fee, EAD fee and fee for the I-130???

actually the new fee for AOS includes the AP and EAD fee, although you still have to fill out the appropriate forms for each...

Adjustment applications and ancillary benefits – The new application fee for an I-485 is a package fee that includes associated EAD and advance parole applications. Thus, if you file an I-485 with the fee listed above, while you will still need to submit applications for an EAD and advance parole, you will not need to pay a separate fee so long as your adjustment application is pending. However, if you filed your I-485 before this fee change, to apply for or renew your EAD or advance parole, you must file a new application with the new fee for those applications.
