wrong country of birth on green card or is it!?

Okay so this is my situation... 
I was born in 1992..
Country used to be called Yugoslavia till 2003, 
from 2003 to 2006 - Serbia and Montenegro
From 2006 till now - Serbia.. 
My first green card was saying Serbia..
Now this one says Country of Birth: Serbia and Montenegro (which existed only from 2003-2006)
Technically i was born in Yugoslavia, even tho most of documents says Serbia, which i was expecting on green card too.

I really dont feel like replacing my green card because of this, as it takes too long and ill become citizen in a year anyway, do u think this can be an issue while entering back in the USA?

I dont think its a problem, im born in SRJ and on some documents says Serbia some Republic of Serbia some Serbia and Montenegro.. who knows. Never had a problem with anything. Just leave it i guess.
