Im in the US with a B2visa . I-94 will expired in July 8th 2021.

I started consular processing in august 2020. My i130 was approved . Im F21 category.

Traveled to visit my husband and kids.

Can I change to AOS?  Is this possible? Or should I return to home country and wait?

NVC is processing my civil documents. (submitted)
thanks!

If you are in status and your priority date is current, both of which seem to be the case, you are eligible for adjustment. Make sure you understand the restrictions involved - you will be unable to work until you get an EAD and unable to travel out of the US until you get an AP document, both of these reportedly taking around 6-8 months to process at present. It may be a full year or even significantly more depending on your location, before you actually get a green card.

In other words, it is entirely possible you’d have a green card sooner by going home and awaiting consular interview, depending on your country. So it also depends on what your main priorities are.
