After filing since 2017 for an f2a visa, we got a mail around March that in the next 120 days an interview date will be scheduled, and the 120 days will due by July, but last week we got an email again that we should wait for another 60 days to get interview scheduled... Please for those that have been given interview date should I expect interview in the next 60 days which will due by August or they might still extend the days again? Your response will be very much appreciated.

Yes, you might get another 60 days letter saying that they are still working on getting your a case an interview. Those letters used to be automatic before the pandemic. However, depending on how backlogged your embassy is, you might be able to get an interview at some point, this could be within a few months to a lot of months.
