    Right before OATH ceremony, USCIS asks applicants to surrender their cards.

    It is not expedited. I don't think N400 can be expedited unless you are in military or national interest.

    A close friend of mine received her interview letter last week for August. She is March 2022 filler ( 5 year), that's in about 3 months. Seattle field office is definitely working.

    From what I have seen, the last oath ceremony for the day is at 4 pm. I have also seen people interviewed at 3pm till about 3:30 getting approved for the 4pm ceremony.

    Seattle's office offer the same day oath in the morning and the afternoon.
