I was just seeing people on the mumbai to usa telegram group people were saying they received an email update this week.  This is the groups site I don't have a link to join on me: https://mvt.vercel.app/index.html.

You should have access within 24 hours they are fairly quick at reviewing requests.

I also received few times 60 days notice but still have not heard anything for actual visa dates. DQ is April 2020.

Just an FYI 60day notice is automated and irrelevant, it was useful pre-covid since there wasn't any backlog.  Current DQ for folks waiting are December 2019 for F2A.
