I submitted I130 for both my parents on September 1, 2020.

My mom's case was sent to NVC on May 10, 2021.

My Dad's case was sent to NVC on June 11, 2021

 

Did you pay one AOS? I read somewhere that they only paid one AOS. Any IR5 for both parents filer here. THank you!

Yes. Doesn’t matter which one you at .. the other will be automatically waived after you pay the first one

That's correct. Total of one AOS fee will apply to both parents. Not two separate fees.

Ours was within 48 hrs .. but that was 5 years ago.
