Could anyone of you tell me if you have been in this situation and What should I do?

You were given the correct steps to take last time you asked but you didn't do as suggested. Hopefully this time you consider the suggestions seriously to avoid another rejection. Good luck.

You included the entire i130/i130A forms and not just the receipt notice?

I included everything they sent me back (I130 and the I797 with the receipt number of that form)

I485 and the other forms related to Adjustment of status.

So, you think they are going to send it back again?

That's the mistake.  You shouldn't have included forms I-130 and I-130A again since you already filed online.  If they see those forms in the package, they will expect the $535 filing fee for I-130.  So your $1225 check was not enough.

For your next submission, include only the I-797 receipt notice for the I-130 already filed, not the actual I-130/I-130A forms.

I-797 for the I-130 is already there, I sent the package again and they received yesterday according to the USPS tracking, I don't know if they are gonna send it back again.

My husband sent 2 checks this time, one for 1.140 and the other one for 85.

Yes they are going to send it back again if you sent everything back to them again.

In other words, you sent it back without making any corrections. Expect to get it back again in a few months.
