I had my interview on April 14 and the oath ceremony letter was mailed on April 28, ceremony scheduled for June 4. So 2 weeks to get the letter, and about 7 weeks between interview and ceremony. This is in Atlanta with no name change, FYI.

My N400 was approved 25 Jun 2020. My interview was 29 July 2020, and my oath was done immediately after my interview. This was in the middle of the covid pandemic - not sure whether they are still doing same day oaths, I guess it might depend on location.

I think the length of time depends largely on where you are. Mine was handled in Raleigh/Durham NC, and there didn't appear to be much of a wait time there.
