IR1 - Rescheduling Interview after Sputum Culture Result

Hi everyone,

 

My mum has undergone sputum culture because they found an anomaly in her lungs on the xray. So we had to wait awhile for the result. The doctor also mentioned that we shouldn’t reschedule until after we get her sputum result. And when we did it was NEGATIVE. However, they gave us a piece of paper with all the contact number or resources on how to schedule her interview. And so I called all the numbers, and the embassy never answered even after spending hours on the phone. No reply on the e-mail as well. And when I went online on ustraveldocs to schedule the interview, I was only met with “No available appointments at this time”. Did anyone else get this? I’m very worried because her medical documents will expire on August, and now we’re having a hard time getting her an interview at the embassy. I’m really hoping for some answers. I hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you!

It is very hard to get a reschedule in manila after my wife got final sputum results it took us 2 months to get a reschedule and that is after a dozen calls and about the same in emails.

We just constantly emailed and made phone calls
