Houston AOS interview

Did my interview today at the Houston office it only took 15 mn for the interview the officer only asked me 3 questions of yes or no then she said that she can't find my medical so she's gonna send me a letter in the mail fi say either I'll have to do new one or not , she didn't ask me anything about my relationship or to show more proof the only thing she said that the embassy approved our case before so we should be fine.  She also made me sign on the I -485 form . I asked if she wants me to do the medical and she said to wait for a letter on the mail which will say if I should do it or not. Later my status changed to under review 😭😭 I feel so hopeless it's been so long already . 
I don't even know if I'm approved or not ?

Fingers crossed for you.  I'm sure others will chime in based on their experience.  But I wanted to send you my bets wishes and hopes that you are approved quickly!
