Hi I have applied vawa on september 2020 priority date should be august.

I have received prima facie within 3 months until last month in april 2021 I got an email from uscis saying that my case is in intial review and uscis has received my correspondence and currently reviewing it.

I have made inquires about my EAD that was filled with i30 in august 2020 through congress and senator which i still did not receive it because my husband sent me annulment claiming immigration fraud after the tremendous abuse i have been through. I am still going through his abuse he is trying his best to hack my icloud to erase the evidence. My criminal case might have been resolved his attorney agreed to send him to anger management class. I am wondering if this is the update from the USCIS for the inquires i have made. My work permit is still i do not where it is since i changed my attorney. What could be my next steps??? Please anyone similar to my case can share the story will give me huge  relief.

He won't be able to get an annulment without grounds for it.  Is he saying you were already married or something?

he is accusing me of marrying him for papers and also not being able to consummate during marriage which none of these are true. I am really worried.

Could you also please tell me about the next steps on my vawa? i am loosing myself by waiting.

There is a very long and comprehensive VAWA thread here on VJ.  You should read it.

USCIS will let you know if they need anything else while they review the case.

If you originally submitted evidence of a bonafide marriage/relationship, it will be difficult for him to refute it.
