Hello people

i am F2A category and got documentarily qualified in April 9th 2020. My case processing got delayed due to presidential ban and recently on March 3rd 2021, I got email from NVC that my interview will be scheduled within 120 days.

I just wanted to know if that mail from NVC is a common mail sent to all documentarily qualified people or have they scheduled interviews for anyone ?

Did any one receive the interview letter after this mail. Its almost past 60 days.

Got DQ’d September 2020 for F4 visa. Got a letter from NVC explaining the delay and that I am on queue. Thay also said I will either get another letter after 120 days saying I am still in queue, or an interview letter.

It is similar to your letter, but mine does not say I will get an interview within 120 days.

NVC will schedule your interview only after your DQ'd case reaches the front of the queue for your consulate.  Presently, there are huge backlogs at NVC since consulates were closed and/or operating with limited resources for so long.  In Pre-Covid times, the standard letter said normally within 3 months.  Once your case is at the front of the queue, NVC will schedule your interview, notify you, then send the case to your consulate.

Yes they will try to schedule within 120 day or else send another mail stating that you are in queue

NVC can only schedule as many interviews as available dates provided to them by each consulate.

Did you get answers or email i still wait nvc sent me also 120days share us your history if you'd interview

Hi! EB3 here, DQ March 2020, NVC has sent three emails. One in March, after that came Trump’s ban. Another one in March 2021 with the 120 days wait, and a month ago the last email saying the same but with 60 days wait.

does anyone knows the estimated waiting time for Buenos Aires? Or if there’s any topic talking about that?

thks
