c09 & C31

Hi everyone.

i renewed my EAD C09 with AP in jan 21,now my i360 got approved and i received C31.

Does C31 comes with advance parole or i have to apply for AP again?

which one of the EADs should i use if i travel to my home country?

C31 does not come with AP. You have to apply for it again. 

You do not need EAD to Travel. You need AP to travel. you can use any AP whether it's with c09 or c31. 

 

When did you apply for i-360?

i sent complete package on Aug 13,2019.got 2 primas and 2 EADs.

i360 approved on april 09,2021

did you get RFE? how long was your personal statement?

I did not get any RFE.my attorney helped me with the personal statement it was 6-7 pages if i remember correctly.

You can only travel with Advanced Parole, that has nothing to do with EAD.
