Hello

my AOS i485 was approved on the 16th of march and uscis mailed me the welcome letter and the green card quickly. The problem is i got an email saying that the welcome letter was sent back because postal service could not deleiver it, when i called uscis they told me they have the right address on file and they would send it back. today i got a second email telling me that the letter containing the green card was sent back too. iam confused, mad, and pissed. what do i have to do.

Also my i485 was approved only 2 mounths before my marriage is 2 years old and the interviwer never mentioned anything about removal of condition nor did he make us sign a letter that we understand that we have to file for removal of conditions in 2 years, i heard of people getting 10yr GC automaticly.

Thank you.

I can only assume that they do not have your address correctly.

If you had been married 2 years you would have got the 10 year GC, you have not.

You should probably call USCIS again to confirm that your address is correct. If it doesn't show up right, get it corrected immediately. And failing that then you should probably try to make an infopass appointment.
