Did anyone try to do another xray after st lukes?

I’m a perfectly healthy person since birth with a very strong immune system. I have done medical exams & chest xray 3 weeks before my appointment in st lukes and everything is clear and normal. Now imagine my surprise when they advised me to do sputum smear! I tried everything I could to talk to the staff and have them explain this and that and even told them I had my medical exam and xray before that to no avail. All my pleas fell on deaf ears. They said they will only honor the one they took and won’t even let me do another cxray. 
 

Has anybody tried taking another cxray after this at another St Lukes establishment? If yes, what’s the result? Did they consider it?

 

Or any other similar experience like mine?

Unfortunately the US embassy will only follow the guidance of SLEC that is it. So if you have to do the sputum then you have to do it.
