Hello! Me and my fiance are planning to marry in California on K1 visa. As time is approaching I want to resolve one question, while in my native country. Do I need to translate, notary certify copy or APOSTILLE for my birth certificate? It is European birth certificate and not in English.

No apostille required

Do we still need to translate it? Or get notarized copy?

You need to have it translated and able to show the tranlator is certified to do so, not just a random person.
