Hello all,

I know that once i receive the NOA2 I'm sure I will get instructions on what is needed from me to continue the process. I was just hoping folks who have already completed the process could provide some insight on what the next steps are after the NOA2 and what was their experience. I'm just nervous and anxious at the same time I have not seen my fiance in over a year like many people on the forum so just want to be as knowledgeable as possible so that I don't do something that might prolong the process even more.

Thanks

2/23/21: I-129F fee charged to bank account

Have you read the guides? I can't help you with experience as I'm in a different category, but as far as knowing what to expect, the guides (and the search bar at the top right of your screen) should help give you a pretty good idea.

👐

Patience......patience.

All the big questions are answered in the guides but beyond that, there's not much to do but wait until you hear from the NVC. Once your NOA2 is issued your paperwork is sent to the NVC where they will assign a case number and wait for the consulate in your country to let them know they are ready to receive your petition. The process varies by consulate - Sydney will send a detailed email to you letting you know what they require of you and once you have provided that you will be able to schedule an interview with them.

Best of luck :)

Thanks that is what I figured but I thought I would just ask.

I have just checking to see if there was anything else to be aware of.
