NVC PACKET NOT ARRIVE AT EMBASSY

NVC notified me that they have sent my K1 visa petition on January 25, 2021 to US Embassy Bangkok. I sent an e-mail to the US Embassy Bangkok to follow up my case but they said the case is currently in transit. It has been almost 2 months since NVC sent my K1 visa petition. Is there any other way to follow up? or is there a possibility that the mail was lost?

I am sure it is not lost.  Mine has been in transit since February 4.  The problem is that the NVC sent them hundreds of cases because of the backlog.  They arrived at the embassy all at once and the embassy is processing they have available interview time slots.  I know someone that had an NOA2 in May 2020 finally get scheduled for an interview a couple weeks ago.
