Embassy asked for joint sponsor upload. My file actual size is 4 mb and when I compress just 3.24 mb not make 2 mb. Because they require 2 mb in PDF.  What can I do for this?

Use a different scanner. If you use a photo scanner or the phone, the file is much larger. The I-864 scanned from a copy scanner is less than one MB
