Don't have Updated Tax Transcript for I-944

I had amended my tax return, and that transcript is still not available. I currently have to submit I-944 as part of RFE. With the rest of the AoS packet I submitted earlier, I had included the entire Tax Return. Should I be doing the same here?

Two options:

  1. I would submit tax transcript for 2019 + 1040 for 2020.
  2. Or just check the box saying you are going to file 2020 [ 3(1)(A) ] and then just submit 2019 IRS Transcript. 2020 tax window hasn't closed yet. So you will be good

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

The updated tax transcript for 2019 is what I do not have. That is the 1040 I amended.

Just submit what you have for 2019 and you can add explanation on the last page.

I doubt 2020 Transcripts are available.

So I'm guessing do the same as I did for the rest of AoS. Got it.

Thank you.
