Hi fam. Is it possible to get an I-130 expedited because petitioner's expecting and would need the help of her spouse in terms of helping with activities that are strenuous?

They don't expedite for pregnancies. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request
