Hi Everyone, I am from the Philippines and last October 2020 all documents have been approved and I am now waiting for the interview schedule from NVC. Is it still applicable that once you got documentarily qualified in the span of 1 year you will be able to get the visa interview since we are now in a covid era. Does anyone here who are still waiting for the visa interview as well and still waiting for more than 3 months. Thank You!

F2B is still affected by PP 10014 until either March 31 or earlier if Biden ends it.

There's also cases that were DQed before yours that are still waiting.
