Should I renew my EAD?

I had my AOS interview (came as a K-1) on the 29th of December and have not heard anything yet, status is still "Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed"
 

My EAD expires on Feb 5th and I'm hoping it's not too late for me to refile if push comes to shove... 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Yes. Should've renewed at the 180 days mark.

Also, is it normal to wait this long for a decision on my greencard?

It should take about a month to get NOA.

 

IO has 120 days to give a decision, but I've seen people waiting for more than 1 year.

I'm sorry to bother you but, is there a renewal fee for this? 

 

I thought it was free under a pending AOS but I'm seeing online that you might have to pay $400...

No fee. Send the AOS NOA 1.

It's free if full I-485 fee was paid. For proof, send-in a photocopy of the I-485 receipt notice.

Hi I have no advice but I hope you get approved soon. My office was in Salt Lake City too and I never had any problems or unnecessary delays. All my cases that have gone through Salt Lake City were swift. That was pre-covid though.
