So I'm having trouble filling out the I-129f. It asks for an employers address but should I put my base address or military branch HQ? It also asks for my residence. Does that include the bases I've been to?

Put your current command's address. Indicate your address. If it is a FPO or APO address, then that is what you will use to answer that question. In the part for address history include each command address, again using the above criteria.

Read the questions and answer literally. Don't try and think what they want or what you think they want. Just follow the question and then place your answer. This will be much easier as currently most overthink this process and there isn't a need to. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Greenbaum is correct. Use can your Command Post address. If you don't know where that is, call the Base Operator, and ask to be connected to the Command Post. Ask them the address.

For my I-129F, I did not use the Command Post address. I used the mailing address of the building I work out of primarily. It's equally as acceptable.

As far as where you have lived. I'm assuming you have lived in the Barracks/Dorms? You have two options:

Either use the Building/Room Number of where your barracks/dorms were. OR, call the Base Operator at your last base where you lived, and ask to be connected to that base's Command Post. Ask for the Command Post address there. This would include Basic Training, your Tech School, etc.

When you asked if you should put your military branch HQ: That would be located in the Pentagon in Washington DC; so the answer is absolutely not.
