Hello all !

I had my Aos interview last November 4 2020 and the IO was not satisfied with our docs so, she asked for another interview which will be one by one with camera recording. We already finished our second interview last Dec.18,2020. She said she will give the decision in 4 to 5 days but until now still the status of my case is "interviewed is completed but case must be reviewed ". 😟 😟 😟

Anyone with the same case...how long it will be and it is safer to file renewal of my ead now or I need to wait for the decision?

Tia !

File for renewal now. If you paid the full I-485 fee then renewal is free: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-485instr-pc.pdf

Filing Form I-485 with Forms I-765 and I-131

If you properly file Form I-485 and pay the required fees, you may file Form I-765 and Form I-131 without paying additional fees. You may file these forms together, or if you choose to file Form I-765 or Form I-131 separately, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence that you filed and paid for Form I-485.

Maybe0...because no pictures and no family members..we only signed in the court house.

Lots of people elope, and have a courthouse wedding.   We did just that.   There must be more to it.
