Your Case Status: Oath Ceremony

We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Naturalization Applicants: you will receive your certificate at your oath ceremony. You can expect to be scheduled for an oath ceremony within 45 days of receiving your recommended approval. Many offices schedule approved applicants for the oath ceremony on the same day as the day of the interview. Please check the local office profile page on our website to determine if the office where you will be interviewed schedules same day oath ceremonies.

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

We recommended that your Form N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION, Receipt Number, be approved. On December 30, 2020, your case was submitted for quality review. This is a standard process we use to ensure the quality of our decisions. Once our quality review is done you will be scheduled for an oath ceremony. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is that really common? How long more should it add?

I've mentioned that I am not sure about my height, it might have be that and not that on the final oath certificate draft. Can that be an issue?

Thanks!

So you told the officer at your interview that you aren’t sure of your height.  Did this occur to you during the interview or before the interview? If before, why didn’t you measure your height?

Since ones height is printed on a naturalization certificate, I can definitely imagine that the person with the job of approving your naturalization saw the note that about the lack of certainty on height, and so that is the hold up.

After the interview and approval, he asked to double check the information that will be on the oath certificate. And I was like I don’t remember my height, it says 5”9 but I think I am now 5”11. And he was like, “this is fine, I can put whatever.” And I was like it doesn’t really matter then. And I’ll check my driver license and it said 5”8. I think it didn’t do any modifications but I am not really sure. I have double checked afterwards and It is 5”9 so I hope he didn’t do the modifications.
