NBI clearance

my mom petitioned my brother. we are in the process of submitting civil documents and one of them is NBI clearance. mom has been telling me that it is hard to get a schedule in NBI due to covid. is that true? it has been 6 months and she said they could not get any schedule at all. I find that hard to believe.

I heard in Luzon area no available schedule but in Visayas we have schedules available.

From the NBI webpage:  "The NBI Clearance Processing will strictly implement the "NO APPOINTMENT NO ENTRY" POLICY for NBI clearance applicants. No appointment will be available on the same day of application.  All NBI Clearance applicants are advised to register online and have their appointment date set in advance.  Please be guided accordingly."

There was a lady on here a few days ago that got an NBI with an AKA. Just look back a few posts. Your mom can do it! If there is a will, there is a way!

NBI schedule availability depends on the area. I'm in NCR and I've seen offices with very limited slots and others with a bigger capacity and you can book a week or so out. I'm not sure that the NBI can be ordered online, but in my case (a few months ago), I registered online for an appointment and went to the office in person to have my picture taken and claim the certificate.
