DS260 REOPEN

I just found out that my DS 260 has been reopen today and all the civil documents were showing as N/A , what does that means, I had my interview on january 13, 2020 since then I was in AP and ISLAMABAD EMBASSY has request matrimonial evidence of relationship, last we have courier to embassy on 27 November and today we got this update, can someone please can some one guide me why my DS 260 has been reopen and why all the civil docs shows as N/A

Have you called or emailed the embassy to ask if they have new instructions for you?

not yet i am waiting for them to email me and let me know whats the new for me

We have no idea... Your case, as is, is going through the normal AP required from Pakistani citizens (generally men.)

My wife reoath was schedule on 01/28/2021 at Islamabad embassy, but today evening my wife got the email from the embassy that they have cancelled her appointment due to ADMISTRATIVE REASON, now what is that mean what is admirative reason ?? please guide me on this if some one has same problem happen with ISLAMBAD EMBASSY its IR1 CASE VISA
