Hi there , sory i have  asked this question but still didnt get answer yet , so i applied for my spouse before 10 days online , got IOE number on same day online , and after 3 days checked my status changed to , your case being actively revied .... want to know is this a good sign and that i will get my case decision soon ? Or it just normal update and i will have to eait 6 to 9 month. Want to mention that i applied for my wife on 2015 and on 2017 on then interview consular send the case back to uscis and they revoke it becasue we first cousins not allowed in my state so i moved to diffrent state that allow cousins marriage and applied again,

You've been told multiple times that it is a normal status update.  No one here can predict with certainty how much longer you will have to wait.  It could be days, weeks, or months.
