Hi, I just have a quick question about changing name from maiden to married name. I will be filing my ROC on February 2021, can I go ahead and change my name on my SSN, Driver's license, military ID (dependent), etc. or wait until it is near February? I am just wondering about the timing of it all.

Has anyone here had the same situation (who might also be a military dependent)?

Thank you.

Just go to the Base with your marriage certificate and do it. When We got all these Ids I had my wife use her Married name for all of it. SS# state ID Dependent ID Bank Accounts credit cards the only thing in her maiden name is her Green card and Passport.
