Hello my daughters supposed to come to the US. We have to fill out some forms on national visa center but we were unable to upload them and decided to send by mail, it’s been a month plus we haven’t heard from them nor is the website updated to show that they received the documents! I just send an email to NVC but not sure if they’ll receive it coz it didn’t conform , my question is does NVC receive actual forms or they’ll only do online???

If you can't upload it yourself, you need help from a computer proficient person. Everything is digital now.

Are your daughters in the F2a or F2b category?

What are their Priority Dates?

Have you paid the DS-260 and I-864 fees?

 

Did your documents exceed the file size limits for uploading?
