checked online and a RFE was mailed yesterday.

i checked our forms and i think i know what we missed out. sigh... i cant believe we overlooked that item. we checked so many times!

oh well....

5/28/08 - POE San Francisco

6/6/08 - Married

07/12/08 - received SS card

08/08/08 - sent AOS and EAD application

08/11/08 - delivered at Chicago

8/18/08 - received NOA for AOS and EAD (dated 8/14/08)

08/23/08 - received Bio Appt Letter for 09/06/08

8/28/08 - walked-in for Biometrics

9/18/08- case transferred to California. (i485 viewable online)

Oct 3,6,7, 2008 - i485 touched

10/13/08 - EAD card ordered for production

10/16/08 - EAD card ordered for production again (??)

10/21/08 - EAD approval letter sent

10/22/08 - EAD card in hand!

10/27/08 - temporary driver's license (waiting on card..)

10/30/08 - Job offer :-)

11/03/08 - First day at work! whoohoo!!

11/22/08 - received drivers license card

hi everyone! we just got our NVC case number today - MNL2007XXXXXX. i think, uscis sent it last nov 1 to NVC and NVC got it on Nov 8.

just be patient and we will all have our cases sent to NVC.

dec. 5, 2007-called NVC our case in not there...!!they requested us to mail to Nvc photocopy of NOA2

dec.10, 2007-received an email from nvc they sent our case to US embassy manila

and how did you get the MNL case number? wil Nvc give me a hard copy of the NVC case number?

You can find out by calling either the USCIS (to see if they sent it out) or NVC (to see if they've received it).

USCIS: (800)375–5283

NVC: (603)334-0700, Press 1 for English and 5 to speak to a Live Operator.

And Yes, NVC will give you a hard copy of the NVC case number. You can also ask them for it over the phone once they received your petition.

So long waiting, getting a little impatient and... yesterday we got an RFE

Nothing else to do, but to full fill what is needed as soon as possible and see if it doesn't take so long again.

Congratulations to all approved.

I called CSC and selected the option for approved petitions and asked. Mine was approved 10/18, but it sat in the staging area until 11/6..Good luck and congrats again! :)

Finally got our NOA2 from CSC!!!!

No touches at all until today when i logged on (at 3rd attempt after forgetting the password!!) and they said we are approved!!

It's been a rough week but this has just made the weekend that much sweeter!

Now for the NVC wait!! :thumbs:
