I’m filling up I-864 and am confused. I’m petitioning my Mom and Dad. I have questions:

1— Part 3 Item-1. Information About the Immigrants You Are Sponsoring. Does the only one to check is the box # 1 'YES"?

2— Under it are list of family members. Do I need to include my mom under Family Member 1 if  i am filling the I864 for my dad and vice-versa?

3— Part 3 Item-29. Total number of  Immigrants You are Sponsoring on this affidavit. Do I have to enter 1 or 2?

Thank you so much for your help!

1 - are you sponsoring them? Yes. You don't want to sponsor them? No.

2 - It depends if you want to sponsor both or them or not.

3 - Are your mom and dad the same person?

Thanks a lot mate.

if the I864 is to sponsor his father, just list him #29 1, and fill out another I-864 just for his mother
