Should I staple the baggie with the pictures to our forms or should I clip them with a paper clip or something?

I'd put them in an envelope then paperclip it closed. Don't staple the pictures as you don't want to damage them at all. Good luck!

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)

You can staple the plastic bag where you will put the picture in, but don't staple on the picture.

I put the photos in a baggie and stapled the baggie to a sheet of paper. There are some suggestions on the USCIS webpage if you are going to submit to NSC, which is our "hometown" service center. In that sheet, they had wanted the photos put into your application via a baggie stapled onto a sheet of paper.

Good luck! :)

AGarcia,

I bound all of the documents together, including a baggie with the passport photos, with a two-prong 'Acco' fastener. I put the check on top (tucked lengthwise under the fastener, not punched and penetrated by the fastner), baggie under the check, then I-130, then the supporting documents. This way the smaller items are on top and are less likely to be overlooked.

Yodrak

Should I staple the baggie with the pictures to our forms or should I clip them with a paper clip or something?

Write date and names on the back of pictures. For passport pictures, write only the name.

Ok so supporting photos do I have to put my originals in there? I had scanned them, printed them in b&w on one page and typed stuff like below. Is that right? Or should I go make real copies and write on them>?
