What kind of questions were asked at your GC interview? Did they separate you and your spouse ?

They usually focused on your relationship with your spouse and each basic info. Sometimes they interviewed separately sometimes they don't. They separate me and my husband back in January 2019. Goodluck ❤️

My husband and I had ours recently. We were not separated. Below is an excerpt from my review of our interview.

 

- When did you arrive in the U.S?
- When did you become acquainted with your wife?
- When did we first meet in person?
- Was there a proposal? When did that happen?
- How many visits did we have? What was the date range of these visits?
- Where have you lived since moving to the U.S?
- Have you traveled outside the U.S since arriving?
- Did we go on a honeymoon?
- Do you work? When did you start working there? What do you do?

Officer then proceeded to ask my husband the questions from the I-485.
