N400 Online Filing / Uploading of Documents

Hi, 

Last night, I started filling out the N400 form. 
I came across a problem when ALL of my files were deleted after uploading. It’s good that the system is giving 30 days to finish an application before its discarded. 
I was wondering if anyone has experienced the files being deleted while still in the process of completing the form? How did you go about it? I haven’t logged back in since I work full time and will work on it this weekend. 
Any suggestions/tips is very much appreciated.

I had not experienced that, but try to check the below possible fixes:

- whichever browser you used (i.e firefox, chrome, internet explorer, MS Edge...) try another one

- make sure each file you upload isn't too big. For instance if you scanned many documents in one big file, it may be too big. Consider making multiple documents of smaller sizes.

I was using I/E. I think I uploaded too many, I dont know. I will try it again later. Thank you
