Filling N-400 from EU, where to send forms?

Hello,

We are stationed in The Netherlands at the moment and I am about to send the N-400 package. USCIS website says all EU overseas applications are being processed in Washington Field Office but their where to file page says military members have to mail it to Chicago. helpline is never helpful because they always tell me totally different field office. Anyone shipped their package from EU recently with success? to what address?

03/31/2016  - Package sent off ( I-130, I-485, EAD, AP)

04/01/2016 - Package received by USCIS office

04/06/2016 - Check cashed

04/11/2016 - NOA1 e-mail received

04/16/2016 - NOA1 hard copy received

04/29/2016 - Biometrics letter received

05/12/2016 - Biometrics appointment

05/02/2016 - Biometrics done, early walk-in

05/12/2016 - Online status changed: I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

06/15/2016 - Submitted a Service Request for EAD/AP

08/22/2019  -  I-797 Petition Approved

You should send it to the Chicago P.O. address for overseas military applications.  Did you consider filing online, or is that not an option?

Dashinka, thank you! That is what we thought. sadly we can not file online from overseas, does not make much sense but oh well :P

Actually you can file online! I just read that some days ago on the USCIS website.  but i imagine you already have everything ready to send now ;p 

Will you be sending evidence of bonafide marriage? I will be applying soon and I’m just not sure if I should send things like leases, bank accounts, etc.

Thank you for mentioning that! we tried last year and online filling was not possible and I did not think it will change anytime soon. I called the USCIS and indeed I can file online due to Covid. Sadly there is also travel ban for military so we can not have the interview in Germany until it is lifted, hopefully it wont take long. 

As for you question I did submit evidence such as taxes, bank accounts, credit cards and child's birth certificate as proof of our marriage.

Since your earlier post indicates that you have been married and a lawful permanent for well over three years, you are eligible to apply for Naturalization under 319(e) where the interview and ceremony will take place in Europe (possibly Stuttgart, Germany) by officers from the Washington Field Office,

 

You need to file the N-400 to the following address or you can file online by visiting www.uscis.gov/N-400

 

 

For FedEx, UPS, or DHL deliveries:

          USCIS
          Attn: Military N-400
          131 S. Dearborn, 3rd Floor
          Chicago, IL 60603-5517

That is exactly what I did. Also made cover letter and first page with huge letters saying under what section I was applying. Sadly it was not clear enough for the receiving immigration officer and they wrongly sent my application back saying I applied too early and Am not eligible. I assume they did not  notice i have  GC based on marriage...I am really upset because it sets us back multiple months. Now I assume they will tell me ,,oups" and send it again. I hope I don't have to go to base to do fingerprints again because they are not sealed anymore and base office is closed until January. really upsetting. I know I can apply online but the system did not really let me file everything because I stated our address overseas and it kicked me out of the application. We may PCS next year and I hoped to have the process done to have the same citizenship as my husband and son...
