Hello everyone, today we had the adjustment of status interview and it was approved. Everything was fast, they only asked for proof of insurance, letter from work and the bank ... and they asked him the address where he lived, how many children did he have and nothing else ...

When you say letter from the bank, do you mean bank statements or the letter you can get from the bank stating you both have a joint account?

May 2019 - K1 interview scheduled and packet sent to embassy

June 2019 - K1 interview, approved, and moved to USA

August 2019 - Married

September 2019 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

October 2019 - Biometrics Appointment

January 2020 - AOS RFE for birth certificate received and sent back

February 2020 - EAD/AP approved and got the card

October 2020 - EAD/AP renewal filed

November 2020 - EAD/AP renewal approved and got the card - AOS interview date issued

December 2020 - AOS interview, approved, and GC received

September 2022 - ROC filed
June 2024 - Biometrics Reused
July 2024 - Approved (NO INTERVIEW) and GC received.

Congratulations!      Did you just ask your bank for a letter confirming that you have a joint account? Or were bank statements with both of your names on, enough?

 Thank you!!!! I asked for a letter at the bank where it appears that the account is joint but I imagine that the statements function the same, what they are looking for is that we are both...

Congratulations! What kind of letter did you receive from work? Aren't the recent pay checks enough?

Thank you ... in the appointment letter they asked my husband for a letter from work stating his position when he started how many hours he worked and how much he earned

we take everything up to the copy of I129f all the receipts ... everything
