Had interview, anyone's medical records lost in transit?

Following on the course of if anything could go wrong it will, interview for GC was today.  They informed they never received the medical records from POE.  Our proof of immunizations and whatever was put on the CD they gave us wasn't enough.  Interview was a bit snippy although she did admit she has seen this before.

 

Two things.  Now we have to have medical done over at our cost thru no fault of our own (between $400 and over $600 depending what is on the cd)

 

ALSO I have seen others on this forum that have received a "courtesy letter" informing them that USCIC did not have their medical.  Well, we did NOT get one, so obviously our field office was not feeling so courteous!  Instead she printed out an RFIE dated today, October 8, asking for medical records.

 

Anyone have a similar experience and if so how did it shake out?  Thanks in advance!!

Our wad missing at interview but they ordered it and it showed a few days later.   What were the specific instructions from the IO?  Visit a civil surgeon?

yeh pretty much,  She said its unfortunate but it happens and there is nothing we can do except re-do the medical 😪
