Hi everyone

I have two questions that I can’t really find out... about renewal EAD and AP. As fees will increase after October 2, do you know if it will include renewal or just apply for new application for employment and travel permit? And do you know if it’s possible to renew before the 180 days before the end of the EAD/AP?

Only new applications and further on renewal of applications that belong to an application made after that date. So everybody who initially applied before that date will be fine. It's not possible to renew before the 180 days.

Thank you! That’s a pretty good news for us... while we’re still waiting for our interview to be scheduled since April 8 ! Hopefully Tampa office will be in touch with us soon 🤞
