Hello everyone. I hope I’m posting in the correct forum.

I wanted to ask if I should be worried that my priority date is 19-sept-14. Meaning it’s from 2014. Does this mean it ain’t current and our case has been severely delayed.

we got our cc last year finally on August 2019. It’s been a little over a year and no interview date notice. I haven’t heard anything.

Any recommendations on what I should do??

P.s Our case took so long to get to the cc phase after dealing with incompetent lawyers that didn’t do their job correctly.

My CC is august 21st 2019 and still nothing. Then again we have to remember that the consulate has been closed since march 19th so this whole time hasn’t counted and when they open they will first have to give new appointments to the people that had theirs cancelled because of this. As to what my lawyer had told me I should of received my appointment letter in June-July if the consulate hadn’t closed of course. Now all we can do is wait for them to open, give new appointments and then the people that were still ahead of us....unless you can get an emergency appointment that is of course
