A 221(g) Request for Evidence (RFE) is just a state in which your file sits till some action takes place, usually from the beneficiary. Those items that you see requested in that letter are items that you need to get to the embassy by following the directions in the letter. If you do that and the information satisfies the CCO, then your visa will be approved. Don't do anything and your case will DIE a slow death.

So get the information to your embassy by following the directions in the 221(g) Request for Evidence (RFE). Good luck and stay engaged.

That's pretty much what I said. If this is a recent letter (RFE) then do what it says. Don't try and second guess their intentions with "I already sent it". Create the documents and requested information asked for and follow the return instructions. I suspect you will be approved and receive your visa. Do what they ask and there is good reason that you will get a visa. Do nothing and your application is DEAD. Your choice.
