To get interviewe expedited because of expiring medical is dreaming.  Embassy will notify you that you need to take a new medical examination.  Beware there is a high rate of "set-off" with the sputum testing being done by

St. Lukes at the current time.  We are involved in this mess despite having tested negative in the past.  Best of luck.

Expiring medical exam is actually a qualification that USEM considers for expedited K1 interview.  It is listed on the official site -- https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-expeditedappointment.asp

OP, try to contact USEM to request for expedite based on your expiring medical.

Also, VJ members have reported K1 applicants getting an interview slot at USEM for this reason --

May i know how to request for the expedite interview. I tried to email them last week but until now I have not received any response. Please help :(

If you already emailed USEM to request for expedite, then all that's left to do is wait for their reply.

If you have not yet sent a request for expedite, please check here for the instructions --
