Hello, my account was banned without warning and VJ won't respond to help requests. (#313856 #313863) Can someone unlock my account or at the minimum delete the entire account / profile (tsm.tmiller) to remove the picture of me and my X?   - Don't really understand what the issue was here but whatever it was it's not right.

It looks like you or someone with access to your account closed it.  I've reopened the prior account.  Sorry for any confusion.
